Online Coaching

Want to learn kettlebell skills in real time directly from me? These 1-hour sessions are for you if you want direct and immediate feedback while exercising. You’ll receive kettlebell-centric programming or kettlebell-only programming based on needs and resource availability. 

Tactical Kettlebell
Strength Program

The badass program for the resilient warrior. This program is for you if you have basic gym equipment and have prior experience with kettlebells. Expect to  train for 45min to 1 hour 6-days per week.

IRON ROI

The one-kettlebell program for high-performing professionals at any fitness level who want to maintain and enhance strength and cardiovascular fitness. Short training sessions lasting no more than 30 minutes per day, 6 days a week. Only 1 kettlebell and a Whoop or Oura band required.
